At Coco Mats N More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your mat or flooring solution isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
